Helen Stott at Delfield Pilates
I was first introduced to Pilates in 2008 and soon became increasingly aware of its benefits for all ages and abilities. I have great respect for the Pilates Method both on the Mat and the Reformer.
I decided to train with Body Control Pilates based in London and successfully completed all the elements (lectures, examinations and teaching assessments) of the ‘Level 3 Matwork’ teacher training course and received full certification. I regularly attend workshops and new training courses; you can see a full list of my qualifications below.
I hold a First Aid at Work SCQF Level 6 qualification.
Pilates is recognised by health professionals as one of the safest forms of exercise today, and I truly believe that the Pilates Method is suitable for all. My classes focus on training the mind and body together. Your muscles will become lengthened and your flexibility and stamina will increase week on week.
My classes are limited to 12 people, which allows me to give more attention to each client. Mats and equipment are all provided.
Please get in touch if you have any questions!
